All Sales are Final
*All wholesale orders are Final and cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
*Due to our items being jewelry or facially used, we cannot accept an worn items, no exceptions.
*If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receival, please return items within 10 days of the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged, unmarked and in original packaging with all the original labels. There will be a 15% restocking fee. RETAIL purchases only.
* If you received the wrong item, or if there was severe damage to the product please send email or text us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
* All refunds are store credit or money back.
* When returning the items please return by USPS only. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Lost package
* We are not responsible for any lost packages that do not require signature upon delivery. Please make a lost package file a claim with USPS, FedEx or UPS customer service.
Cancelation
You can cancel your order as long as the order is progress. You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Refunds will be issued immediately with refund.
